FBM revitalized the fifth floor at Alderney Gate to create a contemporary workplace for the municipality’s Finance Division. The design brings together innovation, accessibility, sustainability, and functionality within a cohesive, modern environment. Interconnected workspaces and strategically placed communal areas support communication, providing staff with opportunities for both planned and informal collaboration. A commitment to inclusive design is carried throughout the workplace, ensuring spaces accommodate a wide range of staff needs. Guided by Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification best practices, the project establishes an adaptable and welcoming workplace designed to work for staff and guests.
